I felt that Norwegian provided the bare basics and left you to pay extra for too many things. Granted, they are in business to make money but they should also look for more repeat cruisers.

If you don't mind huge crowds this Mega ship is fine. Plan on using the "pay as you go" restaurants a lot as the main dining room food is not very good.

NCL builds the pick one into their pricing. I love the way they price their cruises especially the Distinctive Voyages.

Sorry. But you got what you paid for. Can’t expect to get everything at a low price. Sailed 3 times with NCL and a 4th cruise planned. Love the freestyle cruising. NCL Provides good entertainment, food and service. They offer really good promotions. And another positive, it fits my budget. I’ve sailed with RCCL and DCL also. Love them too but more expensive. At least you gave it a try. Maybe do more research before booking your next cruise. Hope your next cruise is better.

I took 1 Norwegian cruise and felt the same way, that will be the only cruise I take with them.
