Review summary

It was a great experience overall and we enjoyed meeting new people through participating in activities on board as well as seeing the great architecture of the various cities.

The options for the specialty restaurants were a great perk however, dining in the buffets and dining rooms were parallel. If you want to book a specialty restaurant, definitely go the first few days of the cruise spots can fill up quickly!

Onboard Activities

There are so many areas aboard the ship to do activities that it can be a little overwhelming if you don't look at the schedule however, I would definitely do the Room Escape Experience.

Ship tip

I would suggest getting the all ports excursion package if you would like to get off the ship at the majority of the ports. It is definitely more cost effective. Also, the cost of transportation from the ship to land is not included at most ports so be prepared to cover that when you get on board.

We were able to walk around the city in about 2 hours without a tour guide. The tourist center at the dock is very helpful with letting you know what to see. They can give you a map and star the must see locations.

The commute to Rome was a little extensive You had to take a taxi/bus to the train station to take 3 minute train ride to Rome.

The beach was right at the dock which was awesome and the town was very easy to get around on our own.
