Review summary

The haven is the best part of the Epic. I love the staff, the details, the gym, the food everything! This was my first trip on a large ship. I was afraid that I was not going to like it. I loved it. It is so well laid out and organized! Everything was perfect. Even the weather.

Great room. Easy to get to and has great access to everything in the Haven. The cabin staff was fantastic. The concierge and the butler made sure that we were well taken care of. I miss them already

Ship tip

I would pack light and do laundry once mid week. It make the whole trip so much easier when you have so many fewer bags. Get out and explore the ship. There is so much to see and enjoy.

Butler was great , really friendly , didn't use him a great deal but our coffee machine didn't work in the cabin and he was always only a phone away and with us in minutes with tea/coffee , as for the concierges they were excellent, we did try to book some entertainment before we cruised but there was no need they booked everything for you at the desk and also escorted you to the theatre so no waiting in line and to the haven seating , excellent!

Fab, thanks for the reply. How did you find the butler/concierge? We are sailing in July and staying in one of the DOS. It's our first cruise and really don't know what to expect!

Food in the haven restaurant was excellent, far nice than main dining rooms, unfortunately the menus stayed the same for the 9 days we were on board , breakfast was also amazing
