We splurged on the Owner's Suite with large balcony and had use of the Haven and the Epic Club. we wanted quiet and relaxation (only 2 adults on this cruise) and absolutely got it. Room was fantastic\, overlooked the pool area but not too loud. With this suite would have been nice to have use of the spa also (large Jacuzzi\, bigger steam rooms\, etc.) but maybe next time we'll negotiate for it. The Haven is priceless if you crave solitude and privacy. We met wonderful people staying in other Haven suites and LOVED the VIP extras (special escorts off the ship at ports\, concierge to make reservations for shows\, dinner\, etc.\, and special seating area at shows). the ship was generally clean (bathroom smell was tolerable\, my husband didn't even notice it) and all staff were very nice and helpful. we loved the flexibility of using \"regular\" pool\, restaurants\, bars\, common areas\, or using the Haven/Epic club.

Food and Dining

All of the specialty restaurants were exceptional. the main dining areas were very good - service\, cleanliness\, and quality of food. we were very impressed with this ship's food service. ps...if they offer the ultimate dining package $120/person\, and you like specialty restaurants\, buy it - well worth it. we also had the ultimate beverage package for $120 each - well worth it also though we're not big drinkers. did save us money. the system is a little strange in that you're charged for the drink and tip\, and then they credit the drink\, leaving only the mandatory gratuity (or other tip) on the stateroom account. one drink per card\, so each person must show their card. we were okay with it. Once bartenders get to know a couple both have the UBP they only take one card to charge both drinks. you'll end up with a lot of receipts. take them and review them daily only the TV (your shipboard account) to check for mistakes. customer service resolved them quickly & without hassle.

Howl at the moon was fun\, comics were good. would have liked a more intimate sing along piano bar (the one in the martini bar was less intimate - stools around the piano would have made for more fun singing. just listening was nice though. unimpressed with Blue Man Group (appears to appeal to a younger audience). We heard the \"Circ\" dinner show was very good\, but did not attend.

Always clean\, owner's suite was over 840 sq feet so had plenty of room. Balcony was large and terrific. had many amenities\, such as espresso machine\, large closet\, large steam shower\, and soaking tub with views from each window. the bed was like sleeping in a 5-star hotel (seriously). We are both picky about mattresses\, and this one was wonderful.

Pros: Haven\, food\, sophistication of the Epic

Cons: bathrooms smelled a little sour all over the ship. a good bleaching would help.
