The service was excellent, however, the decor was dated! Not enough outdoor spaces, Deck 15 overcrowded!  We cruised previously on the NCL Getaway and there is not comparison with the NCL Epic, even though this is the Flagship.  We found the NCL Getaway more pleasing for a more relaxed atmosphere without over crowding and Deck 15 ...............

Inside cabin felt closed off, should have booked a balcony!

This excursion was terrible (La Playa Beach) only one hour on the beach, 4.0 hrs spent was herding us around too tourist traps, beach was full of sand fleas, food was not fit to comsume, need to regulate this! dangerous for guest!
