Very Dissapointed

Sail Date: April 05, 2015

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Balcony

Having cruised with Norwegian before, I was really looking forward to this cruise with our children. There was a great selection of food but it was always cold, at the buffet and the main dining room. The pool deck was always filthy and had a horrible odor near the bar and everyday someone let their kid poop in one of the pools. The outdoor bars were always out of something, even on the first day and the hostesses in the restaurants were less than friendly.

We had an accident during our excursion in Jamaica, we were not offered medical assistance or checked on by Guest Services. The woman in the terminal connected my credit card to my son's key card and he racked up over $300 in charges in the video arcade which I subsequently had to dispute since Guest Services said there was nothing they could do.

We cruise every spring break but this was our first time traveling Norwegian with the children and it was the worst experience thus far. Never Again!

Destinations and Excursions
Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Service and Staff
Entertainment
The entertainment near the pool could have been ore lively and upbeat.
Children's Programs
My children loved Splash Academy more than they did the Carnival & Royal Caribbean kids clubs
Onboard Activities
There were plenty of activities and things to do. There was never a dull moment.
Cabin / Stateroom
The cabin is very small and there is not much room to walk through. They look exactly like the picture. The price was much more than what we paid for a suite on Carnival.
Miami, Florida
Ocho Rios, Jamaica
Beware the mosquitoes are dangerous and have a vicious bite that swell like no other!
George Town, Grand Cayman
Cozumel, Mexico
