First cruise individually and as a couple and was great experience. Had activites onboard for family, couples, kids, and singles. Great musical performances with dueling pianos, celebrity impersonators that sounded and looked like the real thing (we saw Elvis, Lady Gaga, and Steve Tyler), and each bar had indivual cover bands, blues bands, pianists, guitarists). Also had Blue man group, and Cirque performances during dinner for an additional fee. We ate buffet food for breakfast and lunch which was great food, but splurged the extra 15-35 bucks each night for "specialty restaurants" which we thought was worth it. Being that it was our first cruise we have nothing to compare it to. We left the ship at each of the stops (St. Thomas, St. Marten, and Nassau in Bahamas) but easily could have stayed on the ship and hung out. St. Thomas we stopped at Meghans beach which was great, and St. Martens we walked to the beach from the port of arrival which was equally fun. Bahamas was not as great bc very windy weather and a little cold so we returned to ship early but still had great day. People complained that toiler was separate from shower but we didnt find this to be a problem. Definitely recommend blacony room as we could imagine the indoor rooms being uncomfortable without a connection to the outside world.
