Have cruised multiple times. EPIC has been the ONLY bad experience. 14 Restaurants....only 3 included in charges. Out of the 3, 2 of them served identical menu's. Food Choice was poor and extremely limited. Poor, poor, poor staff!!! Majority of staff that our family had contact with were Rude, impolite, unkind, and had no concern whatsoever. Everybody is "Auto-Tipped" to death!!! (Make sure to check your room bill daily!!!!!). And because Norwegian collects all of the "Auto-Tips", combines them and then "distributes them evenly" amongst all staff, there is no incentive for them to have pride in their work. It makes me sad to think that the gentleman who took care of our room (who was sooooo incredible) is getting the same amount of tips as the lazy, rude, selfish xxxxxxxx worker. One thing comes to mind....."Distribute the Wealth"

Poor, limited choices. That is unless you wanted to pay an additional $100/meal (Sorry, $120/meal with "Auto-Tip") to eat at 12 of the other "not included in cruise" restaurants.

Atlantis was a waste of time. Beach - constantly being "hounded" to purchase something.

Pros: The weather

Cons: Staff, Choices for dining, quality of food, Excessive charges, "Auto-Tips" everywhere! CHECK YOUR BILL!!!!

Recommends Norwegian Epic? No.
