Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

We arrived with excitment for 14 day back to back., not too sure we like the freestyle thing it was great to arrive at dinner when you want but if you want a faboulous meal you must pay for it as if your going out to dinner at home, we had a balcony it was very very small compared to other cruises we were on in the past, we had a drain on the balconay that made a horrible water girgle all the time for 2 weeks..my husband is 6'5" and he slept for 2 weeks with his legs hangin over the bed it is not standard size it was a queen ..no space to move around the bes at all you cannot pass anyone if they ar standing at the end of the bed and it is the walkway...the shower was nice but like a stall in a motorhome as the toilet too no fan or vent in the enclosed stall....buffet food was good at best but the same items over and over...getting on and off the ship was nice very organized and quick

Pros: New Ship

Cons: Kids Allowed to roam Free as an adult

Recommends Norwegian Epic? Yes!

Entertainment
blueman group and entertainment was great something to look foward too
kids can rao into the adult sections with no cares i do not believe a 10 yr old belongs in the night clubs with adults and alcohol
Ship Quality
did not like the fact the casino had smoking freely if your playing because it is centered in the middle of the ship and the smoke travels,
Food and Dining
drinks are poor quality and auto tip is added even to pepsi, dinning rooms are nice and staff is polite
Cabin / Stateroom
very small and even with a balcony...like traveling in a motorcoach
Service and Staff
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
got a tattoo at the terminal alot right off the ship you do not have to go far
Don't Miss: rum drinks at the docks
Miami, Florida
go to the bayside mall while waiting for the next cruise were told the cab was $8 r/t on the ship but more like $12 each way
Nassau, Bahamas
upset with cost of atlantis was $300 for 2 people and suppose to be 6 hours we go there after 2 hours were there 2 1/2 hrs and back to the ship was a huge waste of money not recommended to do the resort is nice but not worth the costs
Philipsburg, St. Maarten
we rented 4X4 and drove them around the island...4 hours around 45 miles
Don't Miss: the beach at the airport
Cozumel, Mexico
rained while in port it was not the best day
Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras
snorkling with jolly ranger was awesome the day was perfect they treat you wonderful and the day is filled with fun
Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico
ruins were nice but not may favorite it was too long of a trip
