I was amazed by the organized operation of the boarding process, show/shore excursion reservations, food service, and information dissemination. The use of the cabin TV as a computer to access one's shipboard account, dining options, ship amenities, etc., allowed travelers to utilize their time effectively. Food and maintenance staff were particularly committed to answering questions or addressing guest issues in a timely, personalized manner.

NCL has always been impressive in its atention to ship-wide cleanliness. Even on such a large vessel , this level of cleanliness was not compromised. Kudos!

Costa Maya, while pleasant, impressed me as an evolving resort .
Don't Miss: The catamaran snorkeling excursion was organized and provided by very professional personnel

This is a lovely port, but the propensity to be constantly approached by locals wanting money diminished my experience.

This is a superb shopping mecca, as well as a venue replete with cultural and athletic opportunities

Pros: Crowd management was impeccable; exceptionally attentive staff; pristine housekeeping/ spacious cabin storage

Cons: too few 110 electric outlets;sinks were stylish, but miniature

Recommends Norwegian Epic? Yes!
