Review summary

This ship should have been taken out of service a few years ago. It's probably one of the oldest in the fleet. If I had to compare it to a hotel, I'd compare it to a Hotel 8 - even the bath towels had seen better days!

Food and Dining

very inconsistent food... some meals were ok.. others not at all! Most food arrived to the table cold.

had teens on board - there was only 1 place to 'hang' on the ship and meet up with other teens which was the stardust lounge... but only from 9 to 10:30 every night. Other than that, nothing. Hence, kids were 'roaming' the ship all day very bored.

Service and Staff

they seemed tired too. Some were actually rude. We had a problem with our air conditioner the first night... after numerous calls for service, no one ever came! We froze our first night! Some seemed 'put out' when we asked for anything.

The ship did not give a good first impression. There did not seem to be 1 nice place for everyone to meet. We travelled with a group of 18 people and it was hard to find people. The ship seemed very 'cut up'

Must see Horseshoe Bay, Tabacco Bay beaches... beautiful! Hamilton is just a city.. nothing major there. We liked St. George, but there was nothing happening at night!
