A Great Way to Celebrate a 70th Birthday
Norwegian Dream Cruise Review to Caribbean - Western
Sail Date: January 13, 2007
Ship: Norwegian Dream
Cabin Type: Oceanview
Traveled As: Couple

Review SummaryWe loved our cabin - a superior ocean view with a large picture window - perfect for ocean viewing and in port. Everything was convenient to our location and we enjoyed that.
Food and Dining
Most food was good, but some unsatisfactory. One day, a choice was "Octopus, mussels & blackened mushroom salad". I can't imagine anyone wanting to order such a horrible sounding entree. The lobster, the
turkey scallapini, and some others were great. The lobster and shrimp ravioli was horrible. I know some Italians who could teach them how to make ravioli. It seemed to be boiled and was slimy and inedible.
magician so-so (not much new material), ensemble was not entertaining to us.
Service and Staff
Rowena del Rosario, Orhan and Irina were all very friendly, very helpful, and made it fun to play and even to lose in the casino, one of our favorite pastimes.
Cabin / Stateroom
Pros: We love free-syle dining - eating when & where you want is perfect for us. We could dress up when we wanted or go casual.
Cons: We were disappointed in the food selection - not up to the standards we have enjoyed in the past on cruises.
