Even the teenagers had a great time!

Room Type: Oceanview

We really had a good experience on the Dream. Having 2 cabins to house 2 adults and 2 teens worked well. Free style dining (no set dining time or place) fit our relaxed approach to vacationing. The staff was superb, friendly, helpful and efficient. We appreciated the variety of excursion options and all of our trips to shore were delightful.

One of the best deals on board was the "Teen Passport", a coupon book with 20 tickets for non-alcoholic beverages for the kids. My son really loved the smoothies and "Tom and Cherry" drinks and my daughter enjoyed the virgin Pina Coladas.

The biggest disappointment was the poor communication regarding the itinerary. According to the ship's staff, one of the advertized stops was eliminated last year and yet our final travel documents included all 4 stops. We did not learn that we would not stop at Cancun until we were on board. It was disturbing to learn we were charged port fees for Cancun (later credited to our account). We really felt a bait and switch sales approach was used.

Pros: Free style dining. Choosing where and when we wanted to eat was great.

Cons: Itinerary changed to 3 stops in the fall but the web site continued to advertize 4 stops for this cruise.

Cozumel, Mexico
Hurricane damage was very evident.
Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

Don't Miss: Monkeys.
Cancun, Mexico
This stop was eliminated in 2005 but we did not find out until we boarded the ship. I can't understand why port fees were charged when there was no intention to stop in Cancun.

Belize City, Belize
Belize was the best. The bus ride to the ruins was informative and very comfortable.
Don't Miss: Mayan ruins.
