An Adventure

Sail Date: June 01, 2008

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Suite

Consistently rude staff at all venues on the ship. Poor buffet choices and generally would run out of food. An older ship with limited ammenities. Would not recommend if you have cruised before, would be ok for first time cruisers, lower expectations. Have to wait over an hour to order a drink at dinner. No consistent staff, they are not a happy bunch.

Pros: Children's program

Cons: Consistently poor wait staff, rude

Recommends Norwegian Dream (RETIRED)? No.

Ship Quality
Public areas old.
Entertainment
very limited and poor caliber.
Children's Programs
The one shining star on this cruise was the staff at the children's programs. Limited times though.
Service and Staff
Consistently poor service, have been on NCL cruises before and haver never had such poor service.
Food and Dining
Limited variety but good in dining room. Buffet fair with limited selections.
Cabin / Stateroom
we had a suite that needed repairs that were reported on the first day and they were never repaired during the cruise.
