Review summary

i have cruised the dawn 3 times since 2012. all very enjoyable except for one thing on this cruise i took October 7 2016. children running up and down the hallways 12-15 kids in each hot tub from age 7 and up. Same in the pool. jumping in and out. I suggest several child free floors for older guests. parents were not supervising their children. even though we left early because of hurricane Nicole which was a good call by the captain.Other than the kids running up and down very late hours it was a good trip. I too have children but its about consideration for other travelers

They don't need a fall break. Lol. They need to be in school. When we went in Sept. There were kids school aged. Parents no where to be seen.

Guessing fall break. They just make up breaks for schools now lol. We home school and there is no way our boys would dare act like that...as they are with us every single day would have to live with the long term consequences lol!

What are all the young ones doing out of school. I think lots more people pulling out in fall and spring. Maybe home schoolers! We have seen only small ones under 6 and a few home schools. This why we cruise at certain times. They never tell you under 18 loading. We made a mistake in April taking Jewel from Baytown, Tx. Spring break done inTx but lots showed up from other places. The Hotel Director told us 600 under 18 onboard. Packed in rooms! We now stay in after deck 9 or 10. Seems 4 to 6 is where the packed families stay. Interesting out the herd..😕
