Review summary

Staff very different from 2 years ago. We had unlimited beverage package and the diet pepsi on pool deck at Topsiders was pepsi mixed with soda water. Not diet at all. Real diet pepsi was served at bars, specialty restaurants and complimentary restaurants. Also on the last day, when we saw our bill, the bartenders at Topsiders were adding on tips to our bill when the tip is supposed to be included and we tipped extra every day! A couple of great staff members made a difference daily in our overall experience but a lot of the staff has changed since we last sailed 2 years ago. Felt very different from our first experience.

Okay. I just got back from the Dawn on Friday. All fountain sodas were included in the UBP. Cans of soda and bottled water were not.

Yeah but I had gingerale, sprite and coke all fountain and it was included but not cans.

I.mean it doesn't say anything g about cans. But enjoy a wide variety of soda. Confusing if they don't honor it for everyone

The description of the package says nothing about soda. It's alcohol. I was just wondering. Maybe people don't fully read what they are getting. Idk

Well I mean when I was there the fountain sodas were included but the can ones are not. I drink fountain gingerale all the time and was included in the UBP.

Fountain soda included. Pool bar diet was regular not diet that was the issue.,

I think all drinks are taxed while in Boston.

Soda in cans like the ones in your mini fridge in room are not included in your UB package Soda only at bars that are poured into glasses is included

Read the description of UB when I got home ..my fountain sodas should have been included..think some confusion among newer staff during my July 2016 cruise

Fountain sodas should be included in beverage pkg, but not canned soda..also, bottled water not included

You need to always check your slips for the little details If you had noticed earlier guest services would have adjusted
