The cruise was good.  Convenient to depart from Boston.

Perhaps a review of the time docked in Bermuda.  We docked on Sunday at 1pm and left Tuesday at 5pm.  Would have enjoyed another day in Bermuda and one less at sea coming home.

Service overall was consistent. 

We did eat in the restaurants 2 evenings for dinner.  Both evenings dinner was 3 hours - way too long between courses.  Food was good.

Toilet not fixed.

Too long a wait at the bar for drinks.

More wandering bar staff would be helpful.

We were at the mojito bar one night.  One of my travel companions asked to try one - then was unsure if she would like it - the bartender's comment was "I am way too busy to keep making you drinks all night.  You are going to have to wait."  A bit excessive of a comment

We live quite scheduled lives that we did not make any reservations we just wanted to 'fly by the seat of our pants' It was hard to get into the dining rooms either at all or with an extended wait bot as a large group and my husband and I alone. The garden café was good.

excellent overall We did attend the movie in the Atrium one night at 11pm. The venue should be reconsidered - we were unable to hear the movie and had to leave. Would there be consideration for the Stardust theater?

The largest areas of concern were the toilet in our room - it did not work consistently though the week. It would not flush or a significant delay in the flush. The local room steward was great - responsive. It was just not fixed. The strawberries and wine were a nice service recovery but a working toilet would have been a greater satisfier. The wait at the bars was excessive. The rumor was the boat was "full" - that is what I expect - you have sold the boat to full capacity but I should not have to wait 20 minutes for a drink. Bartenders would not let you consistently get 2 drinks when you ordered. The wandering bar staff was minimal. Definitely and areas for review - the way they work is not lean either. multiple redundancies in their work. We forgot to pack a deck of cards. We asked in the gift shop and casino if there were cards available for 2 days. On the last day, Thursday one of my travel companion's recommend we try the service desk. Cards were available. Maybe a quick reminder during huddle to refer customers.
