Review summary

Getting off the boat in Bermuda. A lot needs to be done to this boat and it's staff. I would not be recommending this cruise line to others until I hear back regarding my complaint.

Please don't judge the cruise line for one trip. Coming back from refit is a little bit more hard on the crew than you think especially if you have a mix of new personal onboard Usually it takes one to two cruise to get the show going. Be patient and enjoy your time onboard.

I read that they are understaffed. Supposedly a bunch of staff quit when they got to Bermuda. Toilet and Sanitation issues. Rude staff. Idk. We went on the Dawn last September and loves it. Going again this September. Can't wait

khilchey and debbie: 1) you can click on a person's avatar to look at the history, etc to help identify the ship, itinerary, etc 2) but the easiest way to figure out the subject cruise line and ship is to look at the "new review of" BEFORE clicking on the OP's comment 😉

From looking at your past cruise ... The 17th of June was the first sail from being in dry dock People normal know that there will be problems that need to be ironed out. What was so bad to warrant 2 stars??? Who did you complain to? You need to be more specific about your concerns. If you feel that you would not recommend this line to others than don't You were on vacation REALLY!!!☹️

Must be RC cause the Dawn arrives on Sundays and leave Tuesdays. Unless they were late arriving.
