The Parking Garage

They were collecting the Parking Fees before you could park

Backing up Traffic for a mile

One hour to park after getting to the Terminal

Check in

2 hours to check in

I was already check-in on line

Had to Check-in again

Why did I waste my time on line

I had a check-in time of 1:30

First time on Norwegian and last time

Norwegian is like a china fire drill nobody knows what going on

slammerswife, I think recycle500 was talking about The Parking Garage at the Port of New Orleans..... I've had good luck in both Boston and Manhattan

The online check in is a double checker. You don't want to get to the ship and realize you forgot to bring key info or documents and not be able to board. We haven't used the parking before. After you mentioning this I'm probably not going to try this time either!

what port did you depart from so people can prepare for the parking... You have to physically hand them your passport (so they know who you are for safety / custom reasons), get your photo for ship key, and process your credit card for on board expenses.... really no different then booking a hotel room on line and reserving it with a credit card..... they still ask for your physical ID and a credit card at check-in.... you will find this on all cruise lines and hotels
