Good but not a great cruise

Sail Date: August 28, 2015

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Suite

The Dawn is getting older but still in good shape.  Specialty restaurants are very good - we had the Dining Package. Drinks are getting expensive so if you drink a lot (we didn't) perhaps the Drink Package may be worth it for you. Many passengers could have had more decorum, e.g., boisterous, wearing shorts. jeans, and t-shirts to the dining rooms, some smoked where they shouldn't, several children were allowed to run around and even ran into older passengers. Perhaps that's all just a sign of the times.

Cabin / Stateroom Cabin was fine once we had the broken thermostat fixed. Room steward was very attentive.

Theater shows were too loud; magician Dave DaVinci was very good.
