The ship was beautiful. My stateroom was nice but there are way more pros than cons to this ship. Pros include a good stateroom steward\, good food in specialty dining\, and very entertaining comedy show. The cons are the hidden cost aka auto-gratuity. We pre-paid the gratuity fee but every thing that was purchased onboard included an auto gratuity. The customer service line was ridiculously long and excursions were overpriced.

Food and Dining

The main dining food was often repetitive. However the specialty dining ranged from Wonderful\" in Cagney's to just OK in Teppanyaki.

Service and Staff

Our Stateroon Steward\, Windsor\, definitely went above and beyond. He was wonderful. Customer Service Rep Dela Auguste\, was equally as wonderful. Some of the other workers need a refresher course in customer service

Pros: The Jose Cuevo Excursion

Cons: Being \"nickeled and dimed\" for every little thing by Norwegian

Recommends Norwegian Dawn? No.
