The help was superior. The elevator system left alot to be desired. You could have all 4 elevators arrive on the same floor\" ALL FULL, at the same time. there should be an assigned \"ABILITIES(not disabilities) elevator. Some of the hallways were so slim it made it difficult to pass rooms being serviced(usually a cart in the hall). It is quite apparent that there wasn't any priority or much thought at all concering wheelchair and or walker bound passengers with the design on this ship. the pol was not monitored with kida jumping like crazy with no security (nor parents) enforcing the no jumping rules. Twicw I was skimmedby a young boy jumping.

With the size and capacity of this ship THE SIZE OF THE POOL IS A DISGRACE!!! It was like swimming in a toilet bowl. No enforcwmwnt of pool rules that are posted. I had to search out security and even then they were leary on enforcing the no jumpimg and or the holding of lounge chairs(held for over a hour with outanyone there)

. Was shocked to find the \"sleep 4\" had only ONE BED as a bunk the other was a pullout from under one of the twin beds on the floor. This made for a bed setup that went drom wall to wall matteesses. This made for a DANGEROUS situation for my Mom who needed a walker to be mobile.Must say out steward was fabulous very helpful with my disabled Mom-
