The weather was fine so it made cruising a delight. Overall, the ship was fine...some decor a bit outdated, but that may be my own personal taste. Overall, staff were accommodating, friendly, and courteous. Loved our room steward...attentive to the my grand niece. Traveled with best friend and 3 of our nieces/nephews ages 10,12, and 15.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Freestyle dining can include 30-45 minute wait! Not any better than having two dining times. Menus don't include much chicken.Rolls were cold..sorry I prefer warm bread/rolls! I am not a fan of the buffets, but the kids loved them! Breakfast in the Venetian was the best.
Acoustics were poor.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
The Second City group and the acrobats were great. Some of the voices in the variety shows weren't the best.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Our room steward was very nice and one night we had one great waiter in the Aqua dining room

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Very clean. Accessibility for wheelchairs was pretty good, though one time staff had to get a woman's wheelchair up the steep ramp

Cabin / Stateroom

Size was expected, but the layout of shelves was weird.... you have to access them from inside the closet and given that our closet was packed with dresses, it made it difficult!

Pros: Breakfast in the Venetian, spending time in Bermuda

Cons: Confusion with needing pic id for kids; lack of chicken choices for dinner

Recommends Norwegian Dawn? Yes!
