The Norwegian Dawn is a great ship with an extremely friendly staff throughout. The ship is kept spotless, offers a smooth ride even through rough seas. The staff organizes lots of on board activities. The evening shows were quite enjoyable. Quality of the food was surprisingly good. The specialty restaurants offer an extended menu that is certainly worth a try, although you have to pay a cover charge to eat there. The winelist is extensive and would suit any upscale restaurant (at comparable prices). On a critical note: the Oasis pool on deck 12 is really too small to accomodate 2000 passengers (it is really just single family size), and the temperature of the water was consistently cold (well below the posted 81 degrees). Also the cost of beverages was somewhat of a turnoff (a Budweiser for 5$ is a little too steep, if you ask me).

Pros: Extremely friendly staff

Cons: Ports of call weren't all that interesting

Recommends Norwegian Dawn? Yes!
