Food was the worst I ever had on a vacation. the ship was boring, not much to do for fun while on the ship. cabins were extremely small. used brand new luggage for the 1st time on this trip and was returned to me damaged, broken wheel, when I departed the ship. contacted NCL and was told to take it to a shoe/luggage repair shop & they would reimburse me up to $100. couldn't find a luggage repair shop & a month later NCL told me I had to file a report when I departed the ship and now they won't cover $100. will never cruise on NCL again

Cons: food was terrible, nothing fun to do while on the ship, damaged luggage & refused to pay for it
