from the minute we boarded this ship we realised we had made a terrible mistake...The ship is not kept up, rusty, dirty windows, dirty chairs in dining room, cot style beds in cabin with a camp blanket for top cover..Worn carpets, the cabins were plain and unwelcoming.
Dirty hallways, vacumn outside our cabin for the whole trip, horrible sewage odour which got worse everyday, blue tarp covering holes in the hallways.
the food was hardly fish or seafood, the buffet food was not labelled. no garnish, when the food has ran out, it is hardly ever replaced.
please save your money...will never ever cruise with ncl again.
staff were unprofessional but friendly
food cold and bland
only good thing was Bermuda
oh yes,, we had wine for our cabin from home and they confiscated it, first time this has ever happened, if this had been our first cruise we would never cruise again. it was furnished like the cheapest motel you can find.

Pros: leaving the ship at the end of the cruise

Cons: ship itself, not even a one star

Recommends Norwegian Crown? No.
