NCL not up to snuff

Sail Date: September 09, 2007

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

food was tired. Last night main dining room selection was meatball or cheese ravioli. Spoke to other travelers, some got bed made every day. Mine just had the blanket laid on the bed. The cute towel animals were hit and miss. (2 out of 7). Freestyle dining was nice, and ice cream 14 hours a day was a plus. The inability of getting a simple friut coctail or glass of juice at dinner supprised me. (the juice would have to be bought from the bar). The unlimited cola card was over $60 for a 7 day cruise.

Pros: staff was very friendly

Cons: no information about the free happenings on shore.

Recommends Norwegian Crown (RETIRED)? No.

St. George's, Bermuda
the Tuesday night weekly street festival was a secret. Only those who saw the signs or researched before sailing knew about it.
Don't Miss: stree festival

Hamilton, Bermuda
once again a similar Wednesday night street festival wan never mentioned. No one mentioned the local bus & ferry system and the ship should have sold the 1 or 2 day transit passes.
