Great itinerary, food was ok, staff was great , all ship seats are worn out and need new cushions

overall experience is great, wish that entertainment is not repeated, variety of performance is needed. Entertainment cruise like Maria, Igor, Marc, Andrey, Alejandro, Bruno and the Acivity Director, forgot the name, she's very good. Most especially, the last show that everyone participated to act on various movies... this was fantastic.. Overall, can't ask for ore, they're hardworking and very committed.

In general, the cruise met our goal which was to get into warm weather to relax and enjoy the sun shine. We were able to see countries that we hadn't visited before and spent time in the ocean.

We chose this cruise because it was repositioning and was going to some islands we have not been to. It was different to leave out of New York in the frigid weather and sail into warmer weather. The staff and service certainly had its issues. This was the first NCL cruise after the pandemic that we have been on. Not sure if the issues we encountered were isolated to this cruise or if it is the new normal for NCL. We are kind of tied to NCL due to our loyalty level. I will sail again with them hoping that the next cruise will be better.

Overall, it was very relaxing cruise. The on-board food was bit too salty, and services were too rush. We enjoyed the other passengers on the ship and had many fun conservations with most of them.

We enjoy Norwegian, but will never do this ship or large passenger number ship again. Ever. We understand that cruising is not what it was 20 years ago, but this cruise was pretty disappointing logistically. Service and food was well below even today’s expectations.

Overall, we did have an enjoyable time while on the cruise. I like other cruises where we were able to schedule our dining times in advance and expected a much shorter dinner, allowing us to take part in more of the entertainment. They had the most talented singers throughout the ship than we have experienced on any other ship. We were surprised that they didn't enforce hand washing at the buffet, especially due to the number of people who were sick on the ship.

Overall, great experience. Book your transatlantic cruise for next year! I would do it all over again. The itinerary was fabulous!

This transatlantic crossing was well worth the price. You have to keep in mind that there are 4000 other people on this ship and you will be golden.

Our first transatlantic, was OK. Did truly enjoy the first 1/3, the other days were a bit taxing. As weather was a bit nasty, most time on ship was indoors.

We had a great cruise, but there were some big issues. The ship was clean, the food was great, our cabin was comfortable. I paid extra for robes and laundry but found nothing in the room. When I asked at the service desk, they said we had to request robes and laundry. Huh? I paid for them and they were not supplied. No hair conditioner was provided. I didn’t know you had to book specialty dinners before the cruise. And the communications from the ship were disorganized and confusing that left us not knowing the time or how to get off the ship.

NCL corporate has cut back to the extreme. Lots of screwups: no excursion tickets, promised fruit, or dinner vouchers in my room. Pre-cruise concierge (Platinum & up) did NONE of the things they promised to do. Two ports cancelled due to ‘weather’: Athens (only 7 knot winds) and Livorno (3 other cruise ships in port, but our captain decided not to). A cruise is what you make it, so we had a great time despite the negatives. NCL now at the bottom of my cruise choices.

Norwegian is the worst!! Terrible food that they serve the same day after day. Wait 45 min to get seated in the main dining room. You're always waiting for something. Everything is super expensive like the drinks, and they nickel and dime you on everything. Do yourself a favor and go with Royal Caribbean. They are 100 times better and a great value!

Cruise was great, due to the places we visited. Was disappointing to miss 3 excursions but there were safety issues that needed to be taken into account.

For my first cruise I would have to say I was mostly dissapointed. Average food, very crowded ship, particularly trying to eat and find your way to the bar, buffet, etc., especially on days we did not port (3 days) Staff was very kind and helpful. Bibggest complaint is that we were entitled to credits due to missed ports and excursions. The credits were minimal, less than $100, but to get them we had to wait in line for almost 2 hours to get the cash. I cannot beleive that we cold not be credited automatically, and we believe it was so we would give up waiting and not apply for the credit. Then we also found out that you very specifically had to ask the right questions to receive your credit. This is unacceptanle treatment and becuase of this we will never use Norweigian again as we feel when you do not go to 3 of your intended port on a 10 day cruise you have missed quite a bit of the reason you paid for it with very little compensation.

This is a very port-intensive itinerary and can be pretty tiring but it every stop had something unique to offer and was well worth it.
