We had a great time. We took one of our grown children with us in a 2-bedroom Haven penthouse and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Haven embarkation was a breeze, even though we had a scooter, a wheelchair, and a walking person. We were escorted to the Haven waiting area, then shortly after were escorted onto the ship. I think we were onboard by 10:30.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
We ate mainly in the Haven restaurant, except the one dinner we had in the Teppanyaki restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed that.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
We spent most of our time in the Haven area, and we enjoyed that.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
We went to the main show and enjoyed that.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
We had wonderful service from the staff in the Haven area.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
We had no issues with the layout and design of the passenger spaces on the ship. With one of our party on a scooter, one in a wheelchair, and one pushing, we were able to navigate the ship without issue.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
The cabin was maintained by the staff in a wonderful fashion.
Ship tip
We spent most of our time in the Haven area, because we found when we left the Haven the ship was REALLY crowded, more than we've experienced on other ships.
