We traveled with family and had a great time BUT this was my first mega ship and my last! The pool area was overcrowded all the time! The pools are too small for the amount of people. The area taken up by the Haven suites & the slides leave very little room for anything else. The H2O adult area was also over crowded all the time. Had we not been traveling with family and been just a couple I would have been totally disappointed since there was no were to just relax. I was on the Dawn previously and even though entertainment after 10 was nill at least we were able to enjoy a lounge chair and read a book! There was more entertainment on this ship but it overlapped too much so you had to choose and then there were big gaps afterward with nothing to do except for the Bliss lounge which was very young. The shows filled up so it was hard to see those if you didn't make reservations well in advance. Didn't want to wait in line for 30 min to find out IF we could get seats. Very disappointing! Too many extra costs on this ship as well. Dinner in the main dinning rooms had several "extra pay" items and a lot of dinner repeats. What we did have was very good but very salty. A lot of the staff on this ship were very nice but definitely seemed overwhelmed too. Unfortunately we had several that were just plain rude. We paid over $3000 for two people and yet there was still so much extra to pay for. I would rather go to an all inclusive resort for the same money and have more to do and be able to relax!

You can get breakfast and lunch in the specialty restaurants at no extra charge (mini buffet, etc). We didn't find that out until half way through our cruise.
