Overall was a good experience, food was good, boat was clean and in good shape.  Cabin service was great.

I did however feel like i was nickel and dimed to death.  Seems ridiculous to buy an ultimate beverage plan where i can order what would normally be a 10-15 dollar shot at no additional cost, but yet i get charged an extra 2.60 for a cappucino?  really?  just roll those costs into the UBP and get on with it...  this is just one example of many...

also, there needs to be a way to reserve events for those not in your cabin.  It became next to impossible to make group plans as our party was not booked as a single party through an agent, some booked through NCL and some through AA, but trying to get event reservations as a group was next to impossible.
