Took my mother on her first cruise on the Breakaway this was my fifth cruise third with Norwegian and it won't be my last with Norwegian but it will be with the Breakaway. Staff was friendly and polite but not so accommodating most of all with those that needed the wheelchair assistance and the disembarkation process was just a fiasco. My mother needed the wheelchair assistance to get through the pier terminal much to long for her to walk. Tucked the people who needed a wheelchairs into a corner and paraded the early walk off in front of them. Had all the wheelchairs ready with the staff to push them all standing around waiting stuck in a corner for almost two hours. Poorly organized.
The casino smoke situation is really bad, you could smell it down when waiting to go into the Le Bistro restaurant
The atrium area is really nice with the big screen for movies, games, music the atrium cafe and bar. What i don't get is why they have the internet area, guest services and the shore excursion desks in that same area.
