An ok cruise

Sail Date: June 01, 2015

Reviewed: 1 year ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

The staff were not as friendly and serving as we have been use to. At times some of them were actually rude. This was a shock to us as we were use to the service of Royal Carribean staff which has always been impeccable. They need to take lessons from Royal Caribbean. The main cafeteria felt just like that\, a cafeteria. Royal Carribean's main cafeterias are plush and comfortable.
The cabin which was supposed to be assessable was not. Could not even use my walker in the room even though they called it a \"mini suite\". Had to leave walker on balcony and suitcases did not fit in closet. Again not like Royal. Carribean rooms.

Pros: The shows at night

Cons: Overcrowded and too many kids
