Ship was big but to many passengers and pools were to small. The lounges were not actually around the pool. Bigger is not always better.

With the exception of the room housekeeper\, Josephine\, who was excellent\, there were communication issues with most of the crew\, mainly restaurant and customer service\, not understanding or being able to respond or have correct answers to questions.

Pros: Was relaxing and enjoyable for the week as a cruise should be.

Cons: With no notice or information from NCL\, being left to stand out in the cold for 3 hours waiting for my pick up to try to get to the ship because all the streets in the surrounding area were closed left a bitter memory.

Recommends Norwegian Breakaway? No.
