When you are on board\, there is no feel of being over crowded. Areas get busy but staff sees that requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Exception is pool area but there were still empty spots pretty much all the time.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food quality overall excellent. Exception is the Cirque dinner show. Performance--excellent--food not good

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Enjoyed every performance we attended EXCEPT \"Rock of Ages\" 1/2 hour late starting while we waited we were forced to endure horrible screaming music without a break and when the show finally started it was worse. We lasted 20 minutes and joined the rush to the exits.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Gian\, our butler was outstanding! Anticipated every need. Always went above and beyond had a lot to do but always friendly and efficient.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5

Cabin / Stateroom

Pros: Variety of venues and activities\, quality of food\, staff attitude\,ability to handle 4000 people efficiently

Cons: Could not hear announcements on in room channel\, no promenade deck to walk around the ship
