Great Time on the Breakaway

Sail Date: October 01, 2013

Reviewed: 3 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

I was worried about the size of the ship and the number of people, but that was not the case as I rarely felt crowded.

************Tip - before heading to the terminal, download the Norwegian Concierge app to your smartphone. You will be glad you did.

Pros: The new technology

Cons: The new Technology

Recommends Norwegian Breakaway? Yes!

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Good food - not great - and even with all the improvements - they still serve Pepsi products :(
Cabin / Stateroom
There's a new power saving feature in each room, where you insert your keycard in a "switch" that enables the lights, Air Conditioning and power outlets to work. It would be nice if one outlet worked without the switch to charge batteries, etc. (Bring an old card of some type to use in place of your stateroom keycard as any similar card would work).
