TWO or three people at the GS desks??? for a cruise of over 4,000 people? What were they thinking? Lines down the hallway, waiting for your turn. Very poorly managed. Needs a LOT of improvement here.

we received different answers to questions needed due to the procedures and events due to the hurricane. while some really cared SOME DID NOT AND DID NOT GIVE THE RIGHT ANSWERS CAUSING CONFUSION
