The nice thing about O'Sheehans is that you can usually get in pretty easily. We never had to wait in line, and it is the only complimentary dining in the forward part of the ship. Some of their menu choices are fairly good, but the menu is very limited. The wings are really good, but nachos are only a few chips with a small drizzle of cheap melted cheese. Other good options are fajitas, BBQ burger, and artichoke dip. Service is always slow, and forget about ever getting your water refilled.

This was based on going there late at night since it was only venue open at those hours except for the pay room service. The Ruben sandwich as well as fries was probably under the heat lamp for hours, bread was hard, fries only lukewarm. Told them, since food late at night does not turn over quickly, food should be cooked to order, after two they said there is no cooked food, before it was 24/7 then on other ships they had sandwiches. Around 4 AM, they not only did not have that but only pastries. One woman who went there at 5:30 for breakfast was told that it wasn't set up even though the program said breakfast was to be served at 5 AM. She told them that and said she said she was hungry and told them to make it.

This was the worst place to eat on the ship. Often understaffed, wait times were long, orders were lost or filled incorrectly. It was not uncommon to see passengers getting their own coffee, flatware etc because no staff assisted them. It was not uncommon to see people leave because they did not get waited on.

O'Sheehan's bar was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The bar staff was second to none. They remembered both names and drinks. Most of the bartenders were very friendly. Every now and then a new server would join the main crew and it upset the flow. Maybe you should try to have set staff working together so that they develop a good report with the cruisers.

Only place open for complimentary food after 11:30pm. Very poor service by the hostess.

The saving grace is that it's open. But they were the worst chicken wings I have ever eaten, the nachos were also odd tasting and everything was lukewarm at best.

excellent burgers and service not great as they were always crowded and the wait was long for the food . Getting refills on drinks was difficult at best due to overworked staff

O'Sheehan's had the best chicken wings I have ever tasted. Ever. Anywhere! O'Sheehan's fajitas were amazing too. It would have been great if O'Sheehan's had changed the dessert menu throughout the week. That is the only thing that got old to me. I loved being able to stop late at night to get a tea or class of milk and dessert or late night snack. Service was consistently good. Sometimes, there was a bit of a wait: 20-30 minutes. However, I think this is something Norwegian greatly improved upon.
