We decided to try the Haven after hearing about the amazing amenities and less crowds. It was everything we needed. Will be booking the Haven again.

The Bliss is beautiful! We love all the places where one can sit and relax and just enjoy the sea! The staff are friendly and work so hard. The food was amazing. We bought cruise next deposits and I can’t wait to be back on the Bliss!

Ruined my 1st cruise experience and 1st trip to Alaska Very minimal porting time No time to see anything local or shop, etc Internet didn’t work for 3 days and then was terrible Their baggage pick up upon leaving ship was horrible, took 2 hrs Caused me to miss my flight home

I paid for the 8 picture package and never received my pictures. The system went down so no one could get pictures, or the money off their sail account. Could not get off in British Columbia because the system was down and the disembarkation process was terrible. So now I have paid for pictures and gifts that I never received ($199) and no one seems to care that we did not get pictures.

To short times in port. Could not find place to sit in observation lounge. Unable to reach customer service. Food in carving station overcooked. Specialty dining excellent. Crew works very hard. Entertainment very good. I loved Alaska.

Overall the cruise was good. Staff was great. Where Norwegian fell short is their lack of response to complaints and concerns that we had with an excursion. Elevators were too slow to handle the amount of people needing to use them.

Pretty amazing… could be that we live in south Texas and were just tired of the 100degree heat, but we loved it. Also if retired military/vet mention it for discount! They had a great military reception, challenge coins, patches, and free pics.

Everything was wonderful. Just watch for the hidden fees.

The overall cruise was great the time in some of the ports was way to short but just seeing the wildlife and glaciers was good enough for us

I will never take another NCL Cruise. Poor embarkation, poor customer service and they will nickel and dime you till the end. Do not pay for extra Dining, Wifi or drinks, the lines were unbearable. Guest services only 2 employees for 4,000 people. My entire trip was lines, lines and more lines, the towels and sheets were dingy, grey and over washed! They do not have docking privileges so most ports you have to pay extra to get into the city. Awful!

Took a trip to Alaska the first week of September aboard the BLiSS cruise ship. Very disappointed. Terrible drinks, mostly syrup. Terrible WIFI. NCL app not working most of the time. Only 2 shows on board and terrible. They are trying to comply with equity and inclusion and I understand, but please learn from Royal Caribbean entertainment selection, even Carnival Cruise lines shows are better than the kindergarten shows SiX and Jersey Boys. If history is thought same way you conducted your shows, I can understand why youngsters don’t like learning about history anymore. Terrible cruise director, needs to spice up and sheer up. Port of calls were tourist traps and nothing to see. ICY STRAIGHT was our longest stop, nothing to do or see other than a zip-line adventure they ended up selling out because there is nothing else to do. Overall a luxury destination. Expensive tours and poor quality. FYI: ALASKA destination average age is 65+

Just got off the Bliss! It’s our 12th cruise, first on NCL! We had 17 adults, 9 cabins! The ship is beautiful, staff friendly, and plenty to do! Food was all what you make of it. We had great and not so great. But if you don’t like it. Just stop at the next restaurant and get something else. There was food everywhere, the main dinings, the local, the garden cafe, specialty, observation lounge and even the casino. If looking for cookies go to the casino back wall. In garden cafe there is a cute little guy when washing hands, he sings everyday, so fun! Bars so many! the most I have ever seen on a ship! Thermal spa well worth the money! My husband was in there every day, me not as much but still got my moneys worth. It was never crowded, always got a spot. I actually fell in there, right in front of a worker. (No hadn’t been drinking, yet! Just slipped) they actually sent a medical person to my room to check on me and then called me everyday. If you have the spa pass go in there get robes for the pool slides, you don’t have to check them out. They give you a wrist band that you wear and you just walk in, no stopping at a desk. Your room bring a business card to leave in your light switch and there is a switch to have your room made up. First time I have seen this on a cruise. We all had magnets and dry erase boards on our doors. Saw ton doors decorated, no one removed anything. Laser tag and race cars so much fun. All of us adults loved them. Do the water slides, I was scared at first but glad I did them. (They our heated). The tube one I did get stuck towards the end, but was able to scoot out of it. Wasn’t scary, so if you hear like I did that people get stuck it’s not in a place where you have to be rescued. Hot tubs back ship our hotter than the others, plus no kids. Don’t forget to go bowling in the local and do the putt putt only 5 holes but still fun. Theme party’s we had lots of people dress up for 80s night and the glow party. Bring your outfits and light up items, they will also hand out glow wands. We did all the party’s and you have to try silent disco, it’s a blast! The entertainment staff was everywhere and very friendly! We played in the game shows and had lots of laughs! For those of you that were on ship with me, I just couldn’t remember how to do the tango at that moment! Excursions Sitka we did best of Sitka it we had a good tour and got to see Eagles and Bears Icy Straight did zip line, well worth the money. Very cool glad I did it! Town is very small, I wouldn’t take the shuttle again to town Hoonah not worth it! We did get to see a actual eagles nest up in tree with eagle in it! It was huge! Juneau we did mendenhall glacier and tram. Our visitor center to the glacier part got cancelled, so only saw from a distance (bummer). But the tram is so worth it, if it’s cloudy do the tram anyways. You go above the clouds, so cool! Ketchikan we did atvs, we got muddy, but it was fun! There is shopping at every port right by the ship. We never had any problems really getting on or off the ship, or with shuttles. But we had excursions. Bingo none of us won, casino walked away with $50 but I don’t play much. It is cold in the casino area. The machines were very busy. We did ncl transfer from ship to airport, it was very easy and quick. Disembarkation was quick, facial recognition and your off. Then we walked right onto a bus took us to airport. We did the flights thru NCL, out of our group of 17. Those of us who live in a large airport DFW we got great flights going and coming. Some of our group didn’t get as good, have layovers or leave almost at midnight. Sorry long post, feel free ask any questions. Just enjoy and do it all. Any ship is a good ship as long as your on it!!!

Won’t be doing an Alaska cruise again not worth the money

Great ports, great customer service from the staff and crew. Ports sometimes were too far so too short layovers.

7-night cruse to Alaska with happy family of all ages

Overcharged for Husky excursion by $600 after being on the waiting list. Had to spend time in line at guest Services EVERY DAY due to a problem of one sort or another. It took 3 days to get the cabin keys right. Room service was miss charged.

Overall it was fantastic! The food was incredible and abundant, the onboard activities were fun and entertaining! Stephen in the piano bar was awesome! The only disappointment was Juneau! Not enough time! We booked the city and Mendenhall glacier tour through RCI. The tour was awesome but there was no time to explore or shop in Juneau! You need to allow for more time in the port of Juneau! We loved our cruise and Alaska! Great memories!

Everything was excellent except for the unsupervised children and teenagers who were running amok around the ship when at sea. And our time in all ports could have been extended. All staff were very helpful and professional even though we were over 90% capacity.

Great cruise overall! Food was generally good and the entertainment and service were outstanding.

Not sure about Norwegian. Might try again one day.
