Seeing Panama Canal was very interesting. Zip lining in Puerta Vallarta was fun. Guatemala was new for us and interesting. Overall we saw more ports on this cruise, and they were places that we hadn’t been to, so it was interesting

I'm glad I got to experience Mexico, Guatemala, Columbia and Panama. This is only the 2nd cruise I've been on and I don't think I'll ever travel with Norwegian again. There was not enough common spaces. Most shows were standing room only. We had trouble finding places to sit after we got our food. I enjoyed being in our group of people and got to know them better.

Too many things to said! Most important is poor food quality, and some restaurants server are need improvement on their attitude and body language! They show you inpatient and don’t care!

We just went on this cruise to sit by the pool and relax. The pool deck does need an updated playlist. It was the same track on repeat all week if there wasn’t poolside entertainment. The rock band was awesome and we loved the country band in the Q smokehouse. The Brewhouse was a cozy little bar that was never too crowded.

I'll try to be brief. We're a senior couple, started cruising 35 years ago, and we've come to expect certain things from a cruise, and fortunately NCL delivers, for the most part. Our room steward directly asked for a positive review (after performing somewhat less than standard service) which kind of left us cold. Overall service was great, but it's like the newest trend of online businesses offering discounts for 5 star reviews, not very professional. We did this same cruise, same ship 2 years ago, and while we had a good time, nothing really surprised us from a positive standpoint. Had we not enjoyed Bliss the 1st time, we wouldn't have returned a 2nd time. We live within a couple hours of Galveston Tx, and have cruised from there often, much as California residents view this cruise; it's close, so why not? Again, it was good, and we feel we got our money's worth,, but once more, nothing exceptional. There's worse ways to spend a week. Our last cruise was on a line we'd never tried before, and it definitely DID NOT live up to our expectations. NCL delivers a quality product for the money, and while there were some hiccups, overall it was a great time, With some reservations, I'd recommend this trip.

Had a great time. NCL is definitely my go-to cruise line.

Bliss is a great ship, staff was just ok except in the buffet where they were above and beyond. Tons of activities. As with any cruise, bring your patience and embrace the corny.

Overall, the Bliss was very good with some avoidable problems. Loved: - Six the musical - The waterslide - Drink package - Most meals - Our cabin Disappointments - Blaring music at the pool during the day - Slot tournament - Cagney's - Confusing WiFi plans

Of all cruise lines I have traveled with, Norweigen is the worst.

The cruise was wonderful but the boarding part waited for a wheelchair for 2hrs. Along with other people. And the seating at the garden cafe was overcrowded at times And the observation deck people were sleeping in there so there was no room to see the glacier’s really. But overall it was a nice cruise I would recommend staff to monitor the water station people were filling up there personal water bottles touching the faucet.yuck!

Incredible. Laid-back cruise with excellent staff and crew. I loved the layout of the ship, and found the food to be very tasty.

Alaska was good enough for us to do it a second time, and we met some passengers who had done it multiple times.

We would not sail with NCL again. In our opinion the Bliss is not the ship for an ALASKAN Cruise.

The service and food was excellent! It was too crowded. You could often not find an open elevator or a place to sit. Two of the shore excursions were canceled due to weather. I would have been much happier if they had offered an alternative like a tour of the town/city. The amount of time in Skagway was too much. We did our train ride and walked through the town in the morning and went back to the ship which didn't leave until evening. The opposite was true in Ketchikan. We were rushed through a Native American village because the bus drivers had additional routes. We rushed through picking souvenirs and didn't even have time to use the bathroom before we were rushed back on the bus. Since we went through the town to get to the Native American village, we saw that there were many things we would have liked to explore but there was not time. The Beatles cover group was scheduled to play at the Cavern club but when we got there 1/2 hour early, it was standing room only. Why did Norwegian not give this extremely popular group a larger venue? Jersey Boys and Six were wonderful shows, we thoroughly enjoyed them! Glacier Bay National Park was amazing and the forest rangers that came on board were very knowledgeable about what we were seeing. Since our main purpose for taking this trip was to see glaciers before they melt, this was the highlight of the trip!

Overall a good first cruise, so bumps along the way both figuratively with my flights/luggage and in reality with some of our time on sea. But I think an Alaskan cruise is a must for everyone to try, just need to do your research on time of year, cruise line & ship, ports & port times and what kind of trip you want this to be!

Arrive a day ahead if you can to see the sights in Seattle. Pack your patience-the elevators do NOT hold 20 people. Go late in the season for less crowds but go back “in season” when more restaurants in Alaska are open. If you drink, go to the Mojito tasting - you won’t get drunk but Alejandro will give you history on the mojito. Enjoy your cruise and take it all in!

This was our 30th cruise, 4th on Norwegian, not a good selection on buffet and MDR not good choices.

I will never cruise with Norwegian again. All the extra charges are insane.

Just got off the Bliss. Beautiful Ship. Everyone was very friendly, smiling, very helpful. Great shows, love the two new games shows. Food and the cleanliness was amazing. Alaska is the far best cruise I have taken. Definitely worth it.
