Review summary

The Thermal Spa was wonderful after a long day at port. Very relaxing.

Embarkation

Embarkation was total chaos. Couldn’t hear the announcement of who can board and when. Told to go to the wrong lines 3 times and when questioned the employees they were rude. The last one finally agreed we were in the wrong spot and because we had priority boarding and Platinum we could have been on the ship 1 1/2 hrs before we were. This was the first disembarkation that was insane out of my many cruises.

Food and Dining

Drinks were great at all bars. Specialty dining was horrible this trip. We had 4 of them. La Cucina, Teppenyaki, Food Republic and Cagney’s. Every one of them our food was like warm and service was slow. Very disappointing. Cagneys filet mignon was like shoe leather and the truffle fries were hard and cold.

Jersey Boys and the comedians were all fantastic. Don’t miss Jersey Boys.

Service in all of the restaurants were pleasant but slow Our room attendant was very nice and took extra care of all our needs and requests

Ship was very clean. Always someone cleaning elevators and bathrooms. Great job NCL.
