I paid for the 8 picture package and never received my pictures. The system went down so no one could get pictures, or the money off their sail account. Could not get off in British Columbia because the system was down and the disembarkation process was terrible. So now I have paid for pictures and gifts that I never received ($199) and no one seems to care that we did not get pictures.Embarkation
