Review summary

Took a trip to Alaska the first week of September aboard the BLiSS cruise ship. Very disappointed. Terrible drinks, mostly syrup. Terrible WIFI. NCL app not working most of the time. Only 2 shows on board and terrible. They are trying to comply with equity and inclusion and I understand, but please learn from Royal Caribbean entertainment selection, even Carnival Cruise lines shows are better than the kindergarten shows SiX and Jersey Boys. If history is thought same way you conducted your shows, I can understand why youngsters don’t like learning about history anymore. Terrible cruise director, needs to spice up and sheer up. Port of calls were tourist traps and nothing to see. ICY STRAIGHT was our longest stop, nothing to do or see other than a zip-line adventure they ended up selling out because there is nothing else to do. Overall a luxury destination. Expensive tours and poor quality. FYI: ALASKA destination average age is 65+

Oh you are a bundle of fun 🙄

I agree with a couple of your points but not the entertainment criticism... Jersey Boys easily won the Tony Award for Best Musical... and that was back in 2006! It's been a blockbuster hit show for almost 20 years.

“FYI: Alaska destination is 65+”. Cruises? Hotels? All visitors? Under 65, avoid seems to be the advice. The secret is out!

Just can't please everyone

Stick to medium size ships. What can you expect with over 5,000 people on a boat

We went to Alaska and enjoyed it very much. They have varied excursion, anything from bus tours to helicopter tours.

Pretty harsh there with your review. I am a cruise consultant who was just on the bliss to Alaska the week of 6/17. Yes there were some negatives, but I could find some positives like the service was outstanding, The ribeye steak at Cagney's was spectacular, and quite frankly I thought those girls rocked it out of the park in "Sixt" and I enjoyed the Latin band El Duo and the "Jersey boys"production too.

You researched the fact that had Alaska destinations are 65 plus but you did not research your port of calls that's freaking hilarious
