Review summary

Overall the cruise was good. Staff was great. Where Norwegian fell short is their lack of response to complaints and concerns that we had with an excursion. Elevators were too slow to handle the amount of people needing to use them.

On board entertainment was good however unless you knew you needed to make reservations for them, you needed to wait in the standby line.

The cabin was clean and was what we expected.

Ship tip

If you are looking for the amenities of some of thier smaller ships don't sail on the Bliss. There is always a back up at the elevators. Yes I know the stairs are always an option, but when your wife is having issues with her foot that does not work out well.

Oh I see your cruise itinerary is shorter than ours will be. We must have got lucky on the week we picked to go. Looks like my cruise Sept 16 is the only one this month with a longer timeframe in Juneau.

@jordyrh for us we arrived at 7:00 am and had to be back on board at 12:30. So there less than 6 hours.

I am confused why so many people say not enough time in Juneau? We leave in a couple days and my itinerary says we are there from 7am-8pm 🤔
