Mediocre cruise ship. Excursions were the most organized. Ship was not. Lacked certian amenities and catering compared to previous cruises. Very poor wifi.

Ship nickle and dimed everything even with upgrades. I expected better quality food with specialty dining.

Onboard Activities

Go carts, laser tag, arcade. Not worth spending the money to get unlimited passes. Arcade had limited games. Go carts generally had unlimited ride times during excursions. Massages were good. Manicure and pedicure not so durable.

Entertainment

Jersey Boys were good. Six was mediocre.

There use to be a turn down service. Apparently, that is gone with Covid. Room steward did not remove dirty glasses from the room. One waitress said we could not have an order of wings to go for someone that was in the cabin and could not make it to lunch. This is confusing because other resturants allowed it and you can take plates to your room from the buffet.

Ship tip

Cost quickly racks up with service fees on the ship despite upgrades. Be conscious of your bill. Everyone wants a tip on the excusions. Take a small amount of cash with you. Be prepared for the shortage of staff, not as knowledgable and language barrier compared to previous cruises. Lack of information on daily activities. Very poor wifi with unlimited package. Difficult communicating with family on wifi if you seperate. Don't expect to do any work if you have to for your job. You will have to pay for cellular access and do it when you are at port to access your hotspot.

Coxen Hole, Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras

Port was ok. Outside the port was economically very poor. My children saw a injured stray dog being mauled and eaten by the other strays on the street. Not kidding! Great tour with Christopher tours. Sloths, monkeys, horseback riding then lunch. Horses could have been groomed. They had burs stuck throughtout manes and tails. Driver was accomodating.

They did not have my son listed for transportation to the airport. I called Norwegian on Feb 12 to make sure all was good. I was told my two children were good for transportation.
