Before we went on our cruise we read all of the reviews on this page. There is no reason to complain about the ship itself. She is older and does show wear but that is to be expected for a 43-year-old ship. When in port, she is majestic and far more beautiful than the other ships. The food was fantastic, but drinks can get expensive as you have to pay for everything except water and milk (bottled water is not free). My one complaint has to be the shore excursion crew. Keep in mind that if you are going on a tour and your ticket says to meet somewhere at a certain time, be 30 minutes early or they will leave you. It happened to a lot of people on our cruise. We were delayed in getting to the private island by a few hours so they told everyone at 11 am (at the theatre door)that were going to go snorkeling or parasailing to meet in the theatre at 1pm. Those people that showed up at 12:45 were left behind and didn't get on shore until around 2:30 or 3 and you had to be back on board by 5:30. So always show up early. The same thing happened in St. Martin as well. If you have any problems with shore excursions or tours DO NOT BOTHER talking to the shore excursion personnel on board. I know they have to work fast and have to deal with a lot of people but I found some rude. The rest of the crew was outstanding and for the money you can't beat this trip.
