Our experience on this ship was horrendous. The minute we walked on the ship we knew we were in for a long week. They totally disregarded our reservations for a double bed and gave us a room with two single beds that could not be put together. But you were upgraded, they said, but what good is an upgrade if it doesn't have what you originally booked. Then we were told that we could not be moved because the ship was sold out. The food was horrible. It all tasted and looked pre-prepared and frozen. Half the time things they were serving were not even hot. Lunch on deck consisted of cold cardboard tasting pizza and a piece of French bread with a pickle. They were constantly running out of things...ice cream, butter, cones for the ice cream, etc., etc. On the last island (the private island) we were suppose to have a BBQ on the island for lunch. We arrived late and due to that they served lunch in the dining room. However, they assured passengers that the BBQ would still be on the island. So we chose the BBQ....wouldn't you? Get onto the island....Surprise no ribs, no chicken, no hamburgers, no pork but we did have hot dogs and you guessed it...cold cardboard pizza...their answer to everything. The only highlights to our trip and yes there were some; our dining room waitstaff was superb. I wanted to pack them in my suitcase and bring them home for our wedding and our table party at the dining room.
