Alaskan cruise

Room Type: Balcony

My overall experience was very positive. The ship was very nice and well maintained. The staff was excellent. Very helpful and polite always going out of their way to accommodate each passenger. The food was very good, they just needed to have more variety. The shows were very good. I think they should spend more time in Ketchikan and less time in Skagway. The only negative was we were supposed to get a coupon book which we never received.

Cabin / Stateroom
The room was great and the staff were all excellent.

Food and Dining
Need more variety. Possibly pot roast, fried chicken. It seems like they were trying to cater to the Asian crowd more.
