After several days of being ill, we discovered a large quantity of mold under the bath tub. They changed our cabin (not quite as nice as the first), but nit let us talk to a doctor about the mold issue without paying the fee. The front desk supervisor told me that I couldn't prove that there was mold, therefore it didn't happen. After a lengthy letter to the captain, we were allowed to see the doctor at no charge. He, of course, followed the company line that the mold was not dangerous or that it could have contributed to our illness. So much for customer service.
