We were very happy with our cruise selection (hooland America's Noordam). The ship was just right for what we were looking for. Our spa experience was top notch with reasonable prices. The Pinnacle Grill is a must but you have to make your reservations early. We wished we would have booked an additional night. The average age on our cruise was about 55 so the night life was lacking. The sports bar is small and was one of the only smoking areas on the ship. The cigar bar was nice, but hidden away from everything else. The piano bar was always the place to be and very entertaining. We enjoy a good bottle of wine and there were several wine tastings and introduction to wine seminars on board. We were also one of the lucky few to enjoy dinner with the master chef, which included a different wine with each course. The excersions are what you would expect, with the exception of Half Moon Cay. HAL's private island in the Bahamas is one of the best private islands we have seen so far. 5 stars on that port of call!

Pros: A relaxing atmosphere with great ports of call and an extremely clean ship.

Cons: The night life was somewhat disappointing.

Recommends Noordam? Yes!

Ship Quality
The ship was extremely clean including the public areas.
Entertainment
Food and Dining
We would strongly recommend making 2 reservations for the Pinnacle Grill. The food was amazing! The wine selections were also very good, but they seem to suggest alot of new world wines.
Cabin / Stateroom
We were very satisfied with our stateroom.
